Have you ever wanted to buy a product online but had a question you wanted answered before you pulled out your credit card?  That’s happened to all of us. 

Having Live Chat, a toll-free number, or just a thorough FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) available for potential customers can be the difference between getting the sale or not. 

But what about questions that come up after the sale?  Depending on the product, an FAQ (how to download, how to install, etc.), a User’s Manual, Live Chat, or a support ticket system may be the answer.

Telling your visitors that Help/Customer Support is available before and after the sale is a very strong selling point.  And providing fast, courteous support after the sale would cut down on refund requests, too.
