If I’m at a website snooping around and don’t see a copyright date at
the bottom, a little red flag goes up in my head. Any respectable
business would have one.
But… if I’m at a site and see an old copyright date, I immediately
think that the site is a ghost town and whatever it is is outdated and
I go somewhere else.
